The problem
Existing cleaning service platforms often face: Lack of transparency in pricing Poor booking experience No real-time scheduling Weak trust signals (reviews, guarantees, service clarity) Users also struggle with unclear service details and hidden costs, which reduces conversion rates.
The approach
The approach focused on designing a high-conversion, trust-first platform that simplifies the user journey while building confidence at every step. This included clearly structured service categorization—such as General, Deep, Furniture, AC, and Floor cleaning—paired with strong value propositions like transparent pricing and satisfaction guarantees. A step-by-step booking flow was implemented to ensure ease of use, supported by real-time availability-based scheduling to reduce conflicts and improve reliability. Additionally, a modular backend architecture was developed to ensure scalability, flexibility and efficient management of services and operations.
The solution
The customer experience was designed to be seamless and conversion-focused, starting with a landing page that features strong calls-to-action and trust signals to build credibility. Users can easily navigate through clearly defined service categories such as General, Deep, and Furniture cleaning, with a dynamic booking form that adapts based on their selected service. The system includes ZIP code-based area restrictions to ensure service availability, along with options to add custom requirements and additional services. Real-time cost estimation provides full pricing transparency, while flexible payment options—via Stripe (card) or cash on service enhance convenience. Once a booking is completed, users receive an automated invoice and confirmation email, ensuring a smooth and reliable end-to-end experience.
